Lost people are valued at my Sunday School

LOST....people are valued at my Sunday School. We have special parking for first time guest at my church. They don't have to ask for directions to their Sunday School class....greeters at the door offer to take them to the welcome center that is staffed and informative ( even during SS). The person at the Welcome Center says " We're so glad your here". They treat them like they would if they were a guest in their home for dinner. They are made to feel welcome but not it's not overdone!!! QUESTION: How are they treated at your Church? ....Just something to think about
